This website invites enquiries; submitting a form, chatting or asking for a visit does not place an order. Site information and AI replies are not a binding quotation. Work is agreed with Staydry Roofers Ltd after the scope and terms have been explained.
Before you agree work
Your written quotation should identify the work and materials, total price including applicable taxes, any access or scaffolding charges, payment stages, timing and relevant conditions. If a price cannot be fixed in advance, the calculation and any additional charges should be explained. Any separately chargeable survey or emergency attendance must be agreed before it takes place.
Changes to the agreed work or price need your agreement. An unforeseen issue should be explained before additional work proceeds. Do not rely on a general website description as a specification for your property.
Quality and consumer rights
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where no price or completion time has been agreed, the applicable legal requirements for a reasonable price and reasonable time apply. If work fails to meet your statutory rights, remedies may include repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
Any additional guarantee must be set out in writing with its scope, duration, exclusions and claims process. A guarantee does not replace your statutory rights. These website terms do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful or restrict rights you have as a consumer.
Cancellation and concerns
Cancellation rights depend on how the contract is agreed and the work supplied. Read our cancellation information. A request for an early start must be separate from a request for a quotation. If something is wrong, use our complaints procedure.
Safety and website content
Do not climb onto a roof or approach unstable materials on the basis of an online answer. Seek professional assessment; call 999 where there is an immediate risk to life. Roofing images are illustrative. The AI assistant cannot confirm a roof’s condition, insurance cover, accreditation, guarantees or availability.
